NOTD - Think Pink !

At this moment in time my nails are suffering from post acrylic nail trauma .My experience with my local salon has really put me off having them done again . Right now my nails are extremely damaged and weak so I decided to pick up some cute summer polishes to hopefully mask this until my nails grow again - anyway , lets get to it ! Firstly I picked up "Amaretto Crush" by MUA at Superdrug , I have been really impressed with their recent collections which I feel are suspiciously similar to those of Essie hmmm . These polishes don't have a great opacity , but with a few coats they look great , and at £1 a pop you can't really go wrong ! The topcoat I used was No7's "Daisy Darling" at first sight this reminded me of OPI's Miss Piggy polish from their Muppets collection . This little gem is packed with large and small glitters. The polish is from No7's summer collection and retails at £6 however boots are currently offering " £3 off No7 makeup" vouchers if you spend over £5 in store so I managed to pick this up for just £3 - a bargain nail look if you ask me !

Summer Drugstore Haul

Hello Summer !

So today I decided to pop into Boots  and pick up some new products and releases that I have been eyeing up as well as a few essentials . Over the last few weeks I had realized that my makeup bag was filled with mostly powdery products that have just been feeling too heavy on the face . So I decided to inject a few summery picks into the mix such as cream blushers and BB products which are perfect for the season ! To my surprise Boots had some amazing offers on such as the buy one get one half price deal on ALL non high end makeup products - this was music to my ears - maybe not to my bank account though ! Boots are also offering a £3 off No7 Makeup and £5 off No 7 skin care voucher when you spend five pounds or more in store , so naturally I picked up a few items from No7's summer range , this is a brand I don't usually look at so it was nice to try some new products from them .
